There has been a big buzz about the 2017 Grammys, which will take place live at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on February 12th. The official nomination list was released through several news outlets such as CBS. Beyoncé leads the charge with nine nominations for Album of the year, Record of the year, Song of the year, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best Music Video, Best Pop Solo Performance,  Best R&B Performance, Best Rock Performance, and Best Music Film for her album, Lemonade. Adele follows up Beyoncé with 5 nominations and 3 of those are in the same categories as Beyoncé with Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year. Hip-Hop Artist, Chance the Rapper, is breaking Grammy history by becoming the first artist to have seven Grammy nominations with his stream-only album “Coloring Book.” James Corden, the new host of the Late, Late Show, was announced as being the host of the 2017 Grammys.
