An active member of the Conrad community, Addie Best, has expanded her wealth of knowledge beyond the Conrad halls to help those in need of food with her project, “ADDING KANZ FOR KIDZ.” This project is in its 3rd year now, and so far, she has collected over 443 pounds of canned goods to feed hungry families and their children within Delaware. Mayor of Newark, Polly Sierer, recognized Addie’s outstanding work ethic, awarding her with the Jefferson LEAD-360 Award. This deserves outstanding applause–Addie has represented Conrad in a positive aspect and has showed others the Conrad Way!
