Technology has grown in ways we never could have imagined and has an impact on just about every area of our everyday lives. A large impact technology has on our lives, is loss of sleep, not only adults but also children. Nearly three-quarters of teens have or had access to a smartphone, in today’s world kids go to school deprived of sleep deprived because of how distracting technology can be. 50% of teens feel they are addicted to their mobile devices, according to a poll, which was conducted for Common Sense Media (a nonprofit focused on helping children, parents, teachers and policymakers negotiate media and technology).
