Come to Conrad Schools of Science on November 1st, 9am to 2pm, in the gymnasium to get your blood drawn. Anyone 17 or older with a form of identity can come donate to the cause, but make sure to be well hydrated and fed 24 hours in advance. If you aren’t old enough now but still want to give blood, don’t worry, the school does their annual blood drive twice a year. Every unit of blood from a person can save the lives of three people. 4.5 million Americans would die each year without life saving blood transfusions. 32,000 pints of blood are used everyday in the U.S. Blood centers, but they often run short of type O and B, but all is wanted, so make sure you come in and donate.
