On October 4th, 2022 lead was found in 22 Delaware schools. Namely, Wallace Wallin School had the most violations at 17. The Wallace Wallin School is 1 of 3 high schools in the Colonial School District. The Wallin School is part of the larger William Penn High School campus, holding Driver’s Ed and ROTC classes. This issue does not pose a threat to Conrad, but we may have to take action such as testing the water. The Department of Education has stated, “While we don’t have sufficient concern to warrant individual testing, any parents or guardians with concerns are encouraged to talk to their child’s primary care provider,”
