California’s citizens are in a bit of panic right now. This panic is being caused by a storm that disrupted the power in around 10,000 homes. Not only did the storm affect the power, but it did something worse, claiming 2 victims, fatally wounding them. It also disrupted road travel with flash floods and trees that were covering roads. Will it take a while for California to recover with all the damages or will they recover in no time? Only time will tell.
