    DIAA State Championship – Meet Recap

    Our RedWolves T&F team showed up READY TO RACE on Saturday at the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex in Landover, MD.

    Every one of our relays broke a school record at the meet, with the girls 4X8 and girls 4X4 both finishing in 2nd place, nabbing silver medals and lightning fast times! In their individual efforts, Alyssa Napier (3rd, medal), Jordan Blanck (6th), and Karen Tanner (7th) also scored for the girls team in the 400m, bringing the team total to 27 points over the course of the day, earning them 6th place out of 25 scoring teams.

    Girls 4X8: Jordan Blanck, Mallory Holloway, Karen Tanner, Alyssa Napier (2nd place, DE #2, US Top 50, qualifier: adidas Indoor Nationals – Championship Elite)
    Boys 4X8: Joey Dello Buono, Braeden Peterson, Sebastian Bergstrasser, Ulises Vazquez (16th place)
    Girls 4X2: Kayla Williams, Safiya Stewart, Julia Abbott, Emily Hartnett (26th place)
    Boys 4X2: Mykola Stepaniak, Tyler Sullivan, Gabe Stoppel, Jason Webb (14th place)
    Girls 4X4: Jordan Blanck, Erin Glanz, Karen Tanner, Alyssa Napier (2nd place, DE #2)
    Boys 4X4: Ulises Vazquez, Mykola Stepaniak, Joey Dello Buono, Jason Webb (16th place)
