There was a shooting in Newark, Delaware on Halloween night that injured three people. Many parents handing out candy tried to protect the kids that were involved.
A 16-year-old boy, a 17-year-old boy, and a 20-year-old woman were shot, and were hospitalized. Police said shots were heard right before 8 P.M. on the block of Alvin Drive. People were on the ground, screaming in pain. No arrests were made, so far.
There were shootings in Pennsylvania and Bear on Halloween as well.
