A man named Bobby Pipkin Jr. was involved in a deadly crash which left him dead. Prior to the accident he was determined missing from Chester County, PA. His car and body was discovered by a motorist who noticed it in the ditch. It was unknown why his car crashed and is said to have happened anywhere from late November to early December. Why was he missing from Pennsylvania? Will the cops ever be able to determine how the crash happened?
