The Delaware House of Representatives has adjusted a law that makes residents get a permit through firearm training. Without going through this training it’ll be considered illegal to carry a firearm without the right training. This training will take up to 5 years to complete and will be a contribution to the deciding factor of gun control in America today. Did the representatives make the right decision or will this cause more trouble in Delaware?
