Keith Gibson, a 41-year-old man from Philadelphia was convicted of 2 Delaware killings, the murders of Leslie Ruiz-Basilion and Ronald Wright. He killed Leslie at a T-Mobile in Wilmington and Ronald during a robbery on the same street as that T-Mobile a month later. He is also responsible for 4 other murders in Pennsylvania including his mother. He was sentenced to 7 life terms and an additional 297 years in prison. He was also convicted of multiple robberies and weapon charges in Wilmington. Gibson started killing these individuals after getting released from a Delaware prison in 2020 after serving 13 years for manslaughter and weapon charges during the commission of a felony.
