On Saturday, April 27th, a 17-year-old boy was shot in the chest on Vilone Road in Elsmere. The authorities have said that several people in masks drove up to 4 individuals walking down the street, jumped out of their vehicle, shot the victim, and fled the scene in the car. The victim has not been identified nor have the individuals in the car. Further details will be released when they can.
