A former employee who worked for the State of Delaware stole 181,000 dollars from the Delaware Department of Labor. This money was taken from an insurance trust fund created by the company. This incident happened in April 2023 but is just now being released to the public. This former employee was named Michael Brittingham and he took his life due to the state conducting an investigation on him.
