13 people have been injured in the Tver Region in Russia after a large Ukrainian drone attacked them and started fires according to the Russian Health Ministry. Unverified footage has emerged purportedly showing a massive blast in the town of Toropets. Without naming any specific targets, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his video address late on Wednesday: “There is a significant outcome from last night on the territory of Russia, and this is the type of action that weakens the enemy” and “I thank all those involved. Such inspiring precision.”
