On Monday March 12th, a Greek soccer owner stormed out onto the field with a pistol strapped to his hip, after a goal was dismissed. The goal would have put the team ahead 1-0, but the ref called the player offsides, meaning the goal didn’t count. Ivan Savvidis did not make any move, or show any indication of using his weapon, but he proceeded to threaten the referee and the opposing team. After two hours of arguing, the game was abandoned, but the score is still unknown. There are claims that the referee allowed the goal, and claims that he didn’t, but no one knows for sure.
