- As of November 14, our tried and true program called “Big Brothers Big Sisters” a tutoring and mentoring program where students can get help with home and classwork has begun here at Conrad. It is the largest mentoring program in the United States. The first class was Wednesday, November 14 and is every Wednesday after school. Started by Ernest Kent Coulter 114 years ago in 1904, the company has grown to the top of mentoring organizations. Young children in need of extra help can be enrolled to BBBS at https://www.bbbs.org/enroll-a-child/. Adults anywhere from 20-34 can volunteer to tutor.
- Thanksgiving week (19-23) students have off with parent-teacher conferences Monday and Tuesday, Nov 19+20th. School will resume after the break the following Monday.
- November 15 from 6:00pm-8:00pm Conrad hosts an open house night for middle school applicants with the high school open house in a few weeks.
- This week, the Conrad food drive will not happen and no dress down this Friday.
- No TSA November 15, the next meeting won’t be until December.
