Asteroid 2021 NY1 is expected to be 3 times the size of the Statue of Lady Liberty (915’). According to the NY times, the last time an asteroid larger than 100 feet in diameter struck with Earth was in 1908. NASA states that the asteroid is set to be going 21,000 mph.
