The Redwolves T&F team kicked off their indoor season on Saturday, Dec 11 at Alvernia University. The meet got off to a great start with the girls’ 4 x 800 relay comprised of Jordan Blanck, Karen Tanner, Penny Henderson, and Mallory Holloway taking the win while breaking the indoor track school record. Kayla Williams and Nadir Saunders set records in the 60m dash, Karen Tanner broke the record in the 400m, Mallory Holloway broke her own record in the 3000m, and the boys 4 x 400 relay comprised of Matt Metzler, Jason Webb, Mykola Stepaniak, and Ben Horgan wrapped up the meet with a new school record. Our new runners all set solid baseline marks in their events and many of our returners ran personal best times. The team looks to continue to improve as they compete next weekend at Ursinus College.
