President Biden decided that it is time to defund Russia’s attack on the Ukraine. About 27% of US oil and fuel is supplied by Russia. That is until now as he cuts off that import and goes on an urgent hunt for oil to supplement the shortage. He is turning to other regimes like Venezuela, and Saudi Arabia instead of increasing US oil production. These once enemies could turn out to be friends in the end and help the U.S. to make the prices more bearable.
