Alabama’s death penalty will soon be changed. They are experimenting with nitrogen hypoxia. Nitrogen will be pumped out of a tank similar to a helium tank and the test subject will be suffocated by the colorless odorless gas. If the plan works the subject should be dead within minutes. The subject they will use is Alan Eugene Miller who killed three people in 1999.
