Air Jordan 13’s Sell for 2.2 Million

Air Jordan 13s Sell for 2.2 Million

The Air Jordan 13’s worn by Micheal Jordan in the 1998 NBA Finals became the most valuable sneaker sold, being sold at $2,200,000. Previously the most expensive shoes was the Solid Gold OVO x Air Jordan valued at 2 million dollars. The $2.2M shoe joins only 3 others to be valued in the millions of dollars and only 1 other being valued over 2 million dollars. With this shoe being worth what it is, the question becomes, will there ever be a shoe that sells for more than that?

Hi, my name is Julian Johnson. I have been at Conrad since 6th grade and I am currently in 11th grade. The pathway I chose is Biomed. I joined this class because it seemed very interesting. Some of my favorite news is anything related to the music industry, particularly rap or Hip/Hop.
