Students who get Regular physical activity have greater improved cardiorespiratory fitness, which therefore leads to the building of strong bones and muscles. This then reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression and can reduce the risk of developing health conditions in the future such as heart disease. This overall will lead to a student having more self-confidence and can lead to building more friendships while in school. Working out does not have to be an everyday occurrence, but it’s good to at least work out 3 times a week, for at least one hour a day.
