Hyundai and Kia are recalling almost 3.4 million vehicles in the US. Car models from the year 2010-2019 are being recalled. This is due to the risk of engine compartment fires happening while the vehicles are parked or being driven. These fires have something to do with an issue in the lock brake control module. This is a big factor to think about when parents are buying cars for new drivers this school year.
