A 4.3 magnitude earthquake struck parts of Seattle, Washington on October 8th. Although this was a very severe earthquake, there have been zero reports reports of structural damage. Reports of the earthquake came from multiple cities including Marysville, North Seattle, and Lake Stevens. This earthquake had citizens wondering if there would be a tsunami, but NWS Tsunami Alerts posted that a tsunami was not to be expected. Earthquakes can happen anywhere, at any time. The last time Delaware got an earthquake was in 2011, but citizens should always be prepared.
