Clear book bags are a way for teachers and students to feel more comfortable with their surroundings. Some students don’t feel comfortable not knowing what others might carry in their book bags. Some items that have been found can be hidden away in these carry-ons. There was an incident only a few days ago, which wouldn’t have happened if the book bag was clear. 

Many schools across the US use clear book bags, maybe Conrad should do the same. Students don’t need to worry about their privacy because when schools require clear book bags, typically you can use a small compartment to put in your personal items. You might also wonder about the lack of personalization, if all bags would look the same. If Conrad went to clear bags, I believe that the school should allow personalization options. Some examples of this would be colored tints or pins on your bag.

I think for better safety, Conrad should change to clear book bags in the near future. What do you think?
