Twenty-two-year-old Tyrell Stephan Phillips was charged with second-degree murder for killing two people and injuring 16 people in Florida by gun violence. This happened at a club where people were celebrating Halloween. The two people who were killed were only 14 and 20 years old. The rest who were injured ranged in age from 18 to 27 and 5 of them remained in the hospital getting the treatment they needed to recover from being shot.
