After the wildfires in Maui Hawaii on August 8th, several people were left stuck in their homes with no escape. This made Hawaii rethink and come to the conclusion that they need to make an evacuation plan for the future. They are building several different roads and walls that will allow people to get out of their neighborhoods to make it to Lahainaluna, which is where there is a highway which is used for emergencies. Last wildfire killed about 101 people because they were trapped.
