Owner of SpaceX and CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk has decided to move his incorporation SpaceX to Texas. This was previously in Delaware, but due to his Tesla salary package being revoked by Delaware it has caused him to move his business to Texas. This salary package was a huge loss for Elon Musk. This huge loss contained 56 billion dollars that Musk could have had. More businesses are being encouraged to get out of Delaware as fast as they can in order to avoid something similar that happened to Musk. Are these enforced policies reasonable or unjustified?
