The largest wildfire in the Texas Panhandle towns, The Smokehouse Creek Fire, has rapidly spread over 200,000 acres. The wildfire has caused many people to evacuate and leave the towns for their own safety. The gusty dry winds have been fueling the wildfires causing them to further spread in a quicker and more dangerous manner. And more than 11 million people are under red flag warnings due to the severity of the fire. The fire fighters are stuck facing these deadly challenges as there has been no significant rainfall to help tame the flame.
