With the success of seasons 1 and 2, Stranger Things has been confirmed for a 3rd season. The popular Netflix original came out in July of 2016 followed by a second season released in October of 2017. The show features big name actors such as Winona Ryder and Sean Astin, but also some new upcoming actors such as Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, and Gaten Matarazzo. The show, which takes place in the 1980’s,  is about a young boy in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana,  who goes suddenly missing. What his friends soon find out is that he was taken by a mythical creature from their favorite game, Dungeons and Dragons. With the help of some new and familiar faces, his friends set out to find him and bring him home safely. Season 2 picks up about a year after season 1 left off, with the group of boys trying to help their friend readjust to the normal world again, however, he seems to be suffering from PTSD and keeps having strange “dreams” about his disappearance. But are they actually dreams? I would watch to find out. Season 3 is already being written and all actors are set to return. Haven’t seen the show yet, well, what are you waiting for? Get watching.
