Ben Roethlisberger out for the Season

The Settlers did not have a good game this Sunday. They have an 0-2 record losing to the Seattle Seahawks. More importantly, one of the greatest quarterbacks, Ben Roethlisberger, had a season-ending injury to his elbow. The Steelers announced this past Monday that Ben had an MRI and needs surgery. He will have his surgery this week and is going to be placed on the Reserved/injury list and is out for the season. Ben Rothelesburger left a statement “… This is shocking and heartbreaking for me, to miss this much of a season and feel like I am letting down so many people. I can only trust God’s plan …” (To read the whole statement https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news) Ben Rothlisberger had signed an extension to his contract earlier this spring and will be with the Steelers for 2021 NFL football season. There was also a possible injury to his UCL. Rehab was a possibility, but he will have to climb a hill to get back to where he was before.
