The Red Wolves XC teams kicked off their 2022 season with strong performances on both the girls and boys teams, bringing home 7 medals and a trophy!

Congrats to the following medal winners:
Varsity Girls B Race –
Alyssa Napier (10th grade) – 4th place; Mallory Holloway (12th grade) – 7th place; Jordan Blanck (11th grade) – 9th place
Varsity Boys B Race –
Braeden Peterson (12th grade) – 7th place; Sebastian Bergstrasser (8th grade) – 10th place; Ryan Williamson (11th grade) – 12th place
JV Girls B Race –
Casey Corcoran (11th grade) – 15th place

The girls varsity team (Alyssa Napier, Mallory Holloway, Jordan Blanck, Penny Henderson, Keely Fitzgerald, Karen Tanner, and Chelsi Blevins) placed 2nd overall in the Girls Varsity B race.
The boys varsity team (Braeden Peterson, Sebastian Bergstrasser, Ryan Williamson, Jason Webb, Ulises Vazquez, Joey Dello Buono, and Ryder Gray) placed 4th in the Boys Varsity B race.

All of our runners improved on their times from last week’s scrimmage – hard work pays off!

Both teams will compete on Friday at the Middletown Invitational at Lums Pond State Park.
