Saturday’s Football Games Predictions

Saturday%E2%80%99s+Football+Games+Predictions

Polytech v. Wilmington Charter; 11 a.m.
Charter has gone undefeated so far and with their defense only allowing 34 points this season, I don’t see Polytech overcoming this challenge. Charter wins with a score of 28-14.

Tatnall v. Delcastle Vo. Tech; 11a.m.
Even though Delcastle has yet to win a game, they have kept it close in nearly every game they’ve played, I think they get their first win against Tatnall, a team who had their first touchdown in their 3rd game. Delcastle wins with a score of 21-6.

Conrad Schools of Science v. Christiana; 11 a.m.
Both teams are winless going into their first game, but Conrad has had a much more challenging schedule thus far. I believe Conrad will find their groove in this game against a Christiana team who only scored 12 points this season. Conrad wins with a score of 44-6.

Lake Forest (16) v. Newark (20); 12p.m.
Both teams stand with 3 wins and one loss and appear to be evenly matched. I think Newark pulls off the upset and gives Lake Forest their second loss in a row in a thriller. Newark wins with a score of 34- 28.

Concord v. Mt. Pleasant (23); 12p.m.
Each team has struggled this season, but Mt. Pleasant’s defense has kept them in every game they’ve played while Concord has gotten blown out in most of their games. I think Mt. Pleasant gets their first win in a slugfest on Saturday with a score of 20-6.

Wilmington Friends (2) v. Glasgow; 2 p.m.
Wilmington Friends looks like a strong contender for the state championship this year and should steamroll a Glasgow team with only one win. I think Friends wins with a score of 55-6.
