Over the past couple of decades, college prices have been steadily rising. The cost for higher education has increased by 747.8% since 1963. In Delaware, the In-state intuition is $12,270, in 1963 the instate intuition was only $1640.81; today, students are in a total of $1.75 trillion in debt. If the price keeps rising there will either be a major change in the cost for college education, or a large increase in jobs that do not require a degree.
