On Saturday, December 6th America was eliminated from the world cup. The Netherlands eliminated the USA with a 3-1 victory. Goals were scored by Haji Wright from team USA and Memphis Depay, Daley Blind, and Denzel Dumfries scored for the Netherlands. Sad for USA fans but in round 16 we were eliminated and knocked out of the world cup and the Netherlands moved on.
My name is Anthony Allen and I’m a sophomore. I’m in the biotech pathway, and I’ve been here since 9th grade. Some of the school related activities include both winter and spring track where I throw shot put along with holding a position on the student council. I joined journalism as a class to take pictures and document events occurring in and out of the Conrad community.
