Death rates in Libya rise as the city is continuing to be flooded. They are being hit with about 20 foot waves coming from Hurricane Daniel. Currently the death rate is around 5,000 but expected to end up over 20,000. If proper warnings were in place these deaths could have been more prevented. Some deaths are from waterborne diseases.
