Music has changed very much over the years, it has added and removed many genres through the many years music has been on the scene. A graph shows it shows that during the 1940s country music was more popular but in the 2000s hip-hop became more popular and over time music taste changed, shown as in the 1910s opera was more popular. During the 2000s many more genres of music were introduced and as time went on hip-hop started to become a subgenre. Pop music is more popular than hip-hop and rock is also more popular, this just goes to the point more that the world is changing and music is changing with it so your favorite genre might not be around for much longer.
