This weekend we saw a major retirement in the world of pro-wrestling. Sting retired after a 39 year career finishing his career as a champion. At AEW Revolution we saw Sting and Darby Allen face off against The Young Bucks where Allen flew through a pane of glass. Sting is one of the greatest wrestlers ever, he rose to fame in the 90s with WCW. First displaying a “surfer” look and went on to put on an act based on the movie “The Crow”. Sting was in TNA in the 2000s and early 2010s before signing with WWE in 2015, and SEW in 2020. Sting is in WWE’s Hall of Fame and is an icon of the sport. During Sting’s entrance at AEW Revolution, his sons came out in previous attires of his as they look so similar. His one son came out as Surfer Sting and the other was NWO Wolfpac Sting. Congrats to Sting!

What’s up, My name is Chase and I’m a senior at Conrad. I have been here since 6th grade so going on 7 years here now. I try to work a decent amount and I also try to go to after school events or games going on. My pathway is Biotech and I’m currently in my 4th year of that. My favorite school subject is history, especially APUSH. The reason I chose journalism is because I wanted to improve upon my writing skills and becoming more comfortable with people reading my work and what I write. I love reading and talking about sports, so I’d assume that would be my favorite but I’d love to branch out.
