I believe that there should be more gluten-free options in the cafeteria. I am gluten-free myself, which is why this is an important topic for me. There have been many times when I forget my lunch at home so I have to buy, but there is nothing I can eat. So then, I just have to be hungry for the whole day. With our schedule we have to wake up so early so there is no time to eat breakfast. I’m just hungry all day and personally, my brain doesn’t work without something to fuel my system. So that’s why I think that there should be gluten-free options at the cafeteria and not like a skimpy little meal with nothing on it.
