On Friday, 5 U.S. Army soldiers were killed due to a helicopter crash that landed in the Mediterranean Sea. This was caused by an in-flight emergency during refueling training. 5 brave soldiers lost their lives and brought a great amount of devastation to the U.S. Army. There have been plenty of other fatal aircraft accidents this year and is becoming more of an issue. Is there a way to make flying aircraft 100% safe or will there always be a chance of error?
