In Memory of Robert J. Custin

In Memory of Robert J. Custin

It is with heavy hearts that the Conrad Community mourns the loss of alumni and avid supporter, Robert J. Custin.  Custin was born January 11, 1959 in Wilmington, Delaware.  In his high school years, Custin had attended Conrad as an athlete in football, basketball, and volleyball, most notably favoring volleyball overall.

Once graduated, he had earned an MBA at University of Delaware, once again to help coordinate a volleyball league and attend charity tournaments.  Custin’s could be seen at multiple Conrad events to support both the students and Conrad Alum Sports Boosters.  At open houses, he could be seen engaging with students and faculty alike, while additionally attending all football and basketball games manning the concessions stand.

The Conrad Community is deeply saddened by the loss of an outstanding advocate, and would like to appreciate all of his efforts throughout the years.
