There have recently been reports of 450 possible cases linked to vaping and five deaths. Doctors informed us that vaping products are causing some type of mysterious lung disease. The majority of the patients claimed to be using nicotine and THC cannabis products and fewer patients claimed to only using nicotine. According to CNBC contributors, they believe the illnesses are being linked to illegal vapes that contain vitamin E oil. Vitamin E oil is used as an emulsifying agent and is very dangerous when being inhaled into the lungs. The Food and Drug Administration stated, “Consumers are urged to avoid buying vaping products on the street and to refrain from using THC oil or modifying adding any substances to products purchased in stores”.
