This Wednesday, Kanye West was escorted out of the Los Angeles-based corporate offices of Sketchers. He showed up unannounced and uninvited, filming the event while also having a party alongside him. This all happened after Adidas broke off a deal with him, refusing to work with him after the anti-Semitic remarks he posted on social media. The scandals he’s been involved in with corporations may hurt him financially. So far, he’s lost his place in Forbes magazine’s list of billionaires. The magazine estimates that his break with Adidas brought his net worth down to $400m when it used to be $1.5b.
