Starting March 17th of 2023, ending August 9th of 2023, Taylor Swift is Going on her Eras Tour. The presale was so popular that only 5% of people with codes were able to acquire tickets. Ticketmaster had 3.5 billion symptom requests on the first day of the presale. Controversy is surrounding Ticketmaster after canceling the general sale, because they sold more tickets than they were supposed to. Taylor Swift has yet to address this scandal.
