Chrysler Capital came out with a new study that showed that Delaware is the number one state for car enthusiasts. DE scored a 99.2/100 based on scores ranging from race tracks to registered cars. Delaware still comes out on top despite very few race tracks and car clubs compared to other states such as Texas and Florida, which ranked lower than Delaware in their overall scores.
