Every year Halloween is celebrated on October 31st. Kids get to dress up in scary or cute costumes and they get to go out at night to get candy. Kids go out around 5:45 or 6:00 to start trick or treating. The magic word to get candy is trick or treat. This year on Halloween there was a shooting in New castle which left 3 people hurt including a teen. It happened just before 8pm on Halloween night.
