    Hurricane Idalia

    Hurricane Idalia

Florida and Georgia were left without power for almost half a million people when a category 3 hurricane with winds up to 125 mph first struck Keaton Beach. Florida is flooded with water and destroyed houses in the aftermath of Hurricane Idalia which was heading to South Carolina. The hurricane hit South Carolina leaving them with 2-3 feet of rain and 60 mph winds with nearly 20,000 people without power. The hurricane is off the coast of North Carolina and is not expected to come back on land.
