    Hurricane Lee

    Hurricane+Lee

Hurricane Lee began to form on September 2, 2023, in the Gulf of Mexico. Although it is uncertain whether it will be hitting the East Coast or not, it’s possible that it’ll be a category 5 hurricane. The storm’s winds have reached up to 165 mph and have been labeled as the third fastest rapid intensification in the Atlantic. If it does end up heading up to the East Coast then it would more than likely affect Delaware and the surrounding states. We will have more information on Hurricane Lee this upcoming week so be prepared and stay safe!
